What is CATV EYDFA web interface?
EDFA Web interface refers to the graphical operation interface provided by Web-based network management technology, through which users can manage and maintain CATV EYDFAs.Web-based network management makes use of the EYDFA’s built-in Web server to allow users to log in and operate from their terminals via the HTTPS protocol. This management method provides an intuitive and convenient operation experience, which is applicable to the configuration and management of various CATV EYDFAs.
How to access CATV EYDFA web interface
PL2000H PON CATV EDFA (EYDFA) supports to monitor and administrate the working status through a web-interface by different OS and any modern browser (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, etc.)
PL2000H has an RJ45 interface for connecting remote control by using Cat6 RJ45 cable. When “Link:Down” turns to “Link: Up”, RJ45 Ethernet cable is well connected between EDFA and computer. See as below:
Connect the RJ45 cable between the CATV EYDFA and the computer/laptop. Make sure the laptop’s IP address is 192.168.1.x (x=2~255), such as 192.168.1.2.
The EDFA’s default IP address is 192.168.1.1; to find it, Confirm that Laptap and EDFA are on the same network as 192.168.1.x.192.168.1.1 is the default IP address.
Input 192.168.1.1 into web browser to get following interface. User name and password are requested, then press Login to load WEB homepage.
