Change IP address via touchscreen LCD
Premlink is the leading EDFA factory in China. When change IP address of our EDFA, Please Power on Premlink PON EDFA, Tap the “Network”, and then Tap “IP Address” to enter into PIN interface. The IP address appears at the top of the menu as shows its current value (e.g, 192.168.2.1), and set the desired value (e.g 192.168.1.1) using the touch keyboard to input value.
Premlink EDFA shows “Enter PIN” interface in order to avoid false touch and prevent unauthorized users. Input the PIN code for saving and running.
The default PIN code is “1111”, go web management interface to change PIN code.
The default PIN authorization timeout is “5” minutes (User doesn’t touch screen over 5 minutes), go web management interface to change PIN authorization timeout.

TURN ON EDFA and provide input power, allow EDFA to produce real output.
Connect the RJ45 cable from the EDFA to computer/laptop, Ensure that the IP address of the laptop is 192.168.1.x (x=2~255), e.g.192.168.1.2,
The EDFA’s default IP address is 192.168.1.1; go to “Network” on the Touch LCD to find out what it is. Check that Laptap and EDFA are on the same network as 192.168.1.x.The defaulty IP address is 192.168.1.1
Open the web brower and enter 192.168.1.1 to go to web GUI interface, after input user and password, the homepage of Web GUI appears. Find Network – IP address to change the right address needed.
