Available Shipping Methods
We deliver your order through international couriers like Air Freight and Express, such as EMS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Customers can choose the shipping method they prefer. Usually, we deliver your package through two different ways with varying delivery times and shipping costs.
Door-to-Door Express (Speed Priority)
The fast way to ship your order is through one of the following global express shipping companies: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS. This method is fast but also expensive.
Port-to-Port Shipping (Cost Priority)
You find your own forwarder to pick up goods at our factory or at the port of Shanghai or Ningbo by air or by sea. Port to Port is a standard shipping method that is more cost-effective.
Shipping Guide: Production & Timeframes
This section covers the two main timeframes: production in our factory and shipping to your location.
Production Lead Time
Production lead time is determined by quantity, raw material, and finished-product storage. If you place your order early, we will process it sooner, and your things will most likely be dispatched on that day.
Expedited orders will receive priority processing. If there is no stock in our warehouse, the shipment will be slightly delayed. Usually, your products will be shipped within 7-30 days. Some regular products, that we always keep in stock can be delivered within two days.
Customized items, like XGSPON & GPON EDFA, may take longer than regular products, typically 1-2 weeks or more. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Estimated Transit Times
The time required to deliver your package to you. In general, the shipping times for each shipping method are as follows:
Port to Port by sea: The products will be delivered to you within 25-45 business days from the day they are dispatched.
Port to Port by air: The products will be delivered to you within 10-15 business days from the day they are dispatched.
Door to Door Express: The packages are delivered to you within 3-7 business days of being dispatched.
Important Information About Logistics
- Customs and import taxes: The buyer is responsible for all customs clearance fees, import duties, and taxes in the destination country. These are not part of our shipping quotes.
- Tracking and Support: You’ll get a tracking number when your order is shipped. Our team is there to help you with every step of the shipping process.
- Packaging: All items are packed securely in materials that meet industry standards to make sure they get there safely.
