Recently, the Premlink team had the opportunity to travel to Germany to participate in the ANGACOM exhibition. For us as a specialized manufacturer, this event was less about flashy presentations and more about what we value most: sitting down face-to-face with our clients, listening to their practical needs, and sharing our standard, reliable CATV and FTTH optical transmission equipment.

A Meeting for Practical Industry Discussion

The ANGACOM exhibition is known as one of the biggest exhibitions in Europe for Broadband, Television and Online services. It takes place annually in Cologne, and offers a simple professional platform for network operators, vendors and industry professionals to meet and talk about the realities of broadband rollouts and FTTH deployments.

ANGACOM exhibition is a great place to talk about the immediate, everyday challenges of network infrastructure rather than just future concepts. This is a very valuable platform for a manufacturing focused company like Premlink to stay grounded and connected with the European market.

Displaying Our Reliable XGSPON Equipment

We have chosen to display a selection of our main optical equipment at our stand. We don’t claim to revolutionize anything with new technologies, but we do claim to take pride in producing equipment that works well and does its job. We were happy to showcase our compatible and practical solutions as our customers transition steadily to 10G PON networks.

We focused our display on two everyday essentials for modern network operators:

XGSPON EDFA: XGSPON EDFA: We showed our standard XGSPON EDFA models to the booth visitors. Instead of the over-the-top specs, we focused on its stable amplification and practical design. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing GPON and XG-PON deployments, providing a simple, reliable upgrade path for operators looking to enhance their network at a reasonable pace.
XGSPON Optical Receiver: We also presented our current XGSPON optical receivers. These units are designed for reliable performance in typical FTTH applications and directly reflect our core mission at Premlink, to manufacture reliable, cost-effective equipment backed by consistent quality control. They are meant to be quietly and reliably doing optical-to-electrical conversion day in and day out.
