\u9009\u62e9\u63ba\u94d2\u5149\u7ea4\u653e\u5927\u5668\u8fd8\u662f\u63ba\u94d2\u9571\u5149\u7ea4\u653e\u5927\u5668\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u51b3\u7b56\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7f51\u7edc\u89c4\u5212\u4eba\u5458\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u5668\u4ef6\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u4e24\u79cd\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7269\u7406\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u5927\u76f8\u5f84\u5ead\u7684\u566a\u58f0\u7279\u6027\u548c\u529f\u7387\u6269\u5c55\u6781\u9650\u3002\u7406\u89e3\u5176\u201c\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u7406\u201d\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002 <strong>EDFA \u5bf9\u9635 EYDFA<\/strong> \u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u590d\u6742\u7684\u5149\u7ea4\u7f51\u7edc\u4e2d\u7a33\u5b9a\u4f20\u8f93 4K\/8K \u89c6\u9891\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u57fa\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546 (ISP) \u7f51\u7edc\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u73b0\u573a\u89c2\u5bdf\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86\u5149\u7ea7\u8054\u67b6\u6784\u7684\u903b\u8f91\uff0c\u5e76\u6307\u51fa\u4e86\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ee5\u4e0b\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u74f6\u9888\uff1a <strong>\u8c03\u5236\u8bef\u5dee\u7387 (MER)<\/strong> \u4ee5\u53ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.premlink.net\/zh\/what-is-carrier-to-noise-ratio-cnr\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15278\">CNR<\/a><\/strong> \u6027\u80fd\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u8d85\u8d8a\u5e02\u573a\u5ba3\u4f20\u7684\u89c4\u683c\u53c2\u6570\uff0c\u7740\u624b\u89e3\u51b3\u5b9e\u9645\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7ecf\u5e38\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u96be\u9898\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u96be\u9898\u5f80\u5f80\u5bfc\u81f4\u9ad8\u7aef\u786c\u4ef6\u88ab\u6307\u8d23\u4e3a\u7279\u5b9a\u573a\u6240\u6545\u969c\u7684\u7f6a\u9b41\u7978\u9996\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u6280\u672f\u57fa\u7840\uff1aEDFA \u4e0e EYDFA \u7eaf\u5ea6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5149\u94fe\u8def\u7684\u6210\u529f\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e <strong>\u566a\u58f0\u7cfb\u6570\uff08NF\uff09<\/strong>. \u8981\u6784\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u5fc5\u987b\u4e86\u89e3\u6bcf\u79cd\u653e\u5927\u5668\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u201c\u7279\u6027\u201d\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u4fe1\u53f7\u94fe\u4e2d\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 \u6807\u51c6EDFA\uff1a\u7cbe\u51c6\u5b88\u95e8\u4eba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u63ba\u94d2\u5149\u7ea4\u653e\u5927\u5668\uff08EDFA\uff09\u5229\u7528\u5355\u6a21980nm\u6cf5\u6d66\u6fc0\u5149\u5668\u6fc0\u53d1\u5355\u5305\u5c42\u5149\u7ea4\u4e2d\u7684\u94d2\u79bb\u5b50\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6cf5\u6d66\u5149\u548c\u4fe1\u53f7\u5149\u90fd\u88ab\u9650\u5236\u5728\u72ed\u7a84\u7684\u7ea4\u82af\u5185\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u80fd\u91cf\u4f20\u8f93\u6548\u7387\u9ad8\u4e14\u53ef\u9884\u6d4b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8d85\u4f4e\u566a\u97f3\uff1a<\/strong> \u5b83\u7684\u566a\u58f0\u7cfb\u6570\uff08NF\uff09\u901a\u5e38\u4f4e\u4e8e 4.5dB\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u89d2\u8272\uff1a<\/strong> \u5b83\u4e13\u4e3a\u4fe1\u53f7\u201c\u68b3\u7406\u201d\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u6700\u5c0f\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Amplified_spontaneous_emission\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ASE\uff08\u653e\u5927\u81ea\u53d1\u8f90\u5c04\uff09 <\/strong><\/a>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u566a\u58f0\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u4efb\u4f55\u7ea7\u8054\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u7b2c\u4e00\u7ea7\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u4fe1\u53f7\u5230\u8fbe\u9ad8\u5206\u8def\u5206\u914d\u4e4b\u524d\u83b7\u5f97\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u9ad8\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u566a\u58f0\u6bd4 (SNR)\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 EYDFA\uff1a\u9ad8\u529f\u7387\u53d1\u52a8\u673a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EYDFA\u662f\u201c\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u516c\u91cc\u201d\u4f20\u8f93\u7684\u4e3b\u529b\u519b\u3002\u5b83\u91c7\u7528\u94d2\u9571\u5171\u63ba\u6742\u5149\u7ea4\uff0c <strong>\u53cc\u5305\u5c42\u5149\u7ea4\uff08DCF\uff09<\/strong> \u6280\u672f\u539f\u7406\uff1a\u9571\u79bb\u5b50\u4f5c\u4e3a\u654f\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u5438\u6536\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u591a\u6a21\u6cf5\u6d66\u80fd\u91cf\u5e76\u5c06\u5176\u4f20\u9012\u7ed9\u94d2\u79bb\u5b50\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6781\u81f4\u529b\u91cf\uff1a<\/strong> \u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u8d85\u8fc7 40dBm \u7684\u603b\u8f93\u51fa\uff0c\u652f\u6301 1\u00d7128 \u6216 1\u00d7256 \u7b49\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u5206\u5149\u6bd4\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6743\u8861\u53d6\u820d\uff1a<\/strong> \u590d\u6742\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u4f20\u9012\u548c\u591a\u6a21\u6cf5\u6d66\u5fc5\u7136\u4f1a\u63d0\u9ad8\u566a\u58f0\u7cfb\u6570\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a 5.5dB \u2013 6.5dB\uff09\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u201c\u589e\u76ca\u5668\u201d\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7528\u4e8e\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u8986\u76d6\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u8ffd\u6c42\u6781\u81f4\u7684\u5149\u8c31\u7eaf\u5ea6\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u7ea7\u8054\u7684\u827a\u672f\uff1aEDFA \u4e0e EYDFA \u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5de5\u7a0b\u9886\u57df\u7ecf\u5e38\u4f1a\u95ee\u5230\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff1a <em>\u201c\u4e3a\u4e86\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u5229\u7528\u94fe\u8def\u9884\u7b97\uff0c\u6211\u5e94\u8be5\u6309\u4ec0\u4e48\u987a\u5e8f\u8fde\u63a5\u6211\u7684\u653e\u5927\u5668\uff1f\u201d<\/em> \u867d\u7136\u6bcf\u4e2a\u7f51\u7edc\u90fd\u662f\u72ec\u4e00\u65e0\u4e8c\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u566a\u58f0\u7d2f\u79ef\u89c4\u5f8b\u8868\u660e\u7ea7\u8054\u67b6\u6784\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u5c42\u6b21\u7ed3\u6784\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 \u201c\u9ec4\u91d1\u6807\u51c6\u201d\uff08\u4e24\u9636\u6bb5\uff09\uff1a\u6807\u51c6 EDFA \u2192 EYDFA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u662f <strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u5efa\u8bae<\/strong> \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u7f51\u7edc\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u914d\u7f6e\u4e2d\uff0c\u6807\u51c6EDFA\u5145\u5f53\u9ad8\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u524d\u7f6e\u653e\u5927\u5668\u3002\u5b83\u63a5\u6536\u6765\u81ea\u5149\u53d1\u5c04\u673a\u7684\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u5f31\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4fe1\u53f7\u4ecd\u7136\u201c\u5e72\u51c0\u201d\u65f6\u5bf9\u5176\u8fdb\u884c\u653e\u5927\u3002\u7136\u540e\uff0cEYDFA\u63a5\u6536\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u3001\u9ad8MER\u503c\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u7ec8\u5206\u914d\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5f3a\u5927\u529f\u7387\u3002\u6b64\u914d\u7f6e\u59cb\u7ec8\u53ef\u5728\u7528\u6237ONU\u5904\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u9ad8\u7684MER\u503c\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 \u201c\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u8def\u5f84\u201d\uff1a\u6807\u51c6 EDFA \u2192 EYDFA \u2192 EYDFA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u662f <strong>\u6700\u4e0d\u63a8\u8350<\/strong> \u8fd9\u79cd\u8bbe\u7f6e\u867d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u66f4\u6ce8\u91cd\u201c\u529f\u7387\u201d\u800c\u975e\u201c\u7eaf\u5ea6\u201d\u7684\u5730\u533a\u5374\u5f88\u5e38\u89c1\u3002\u5c06\u4e24\u4e2a EYDFA \u80cc\u9760\u80cc\u7ea7\u8054\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u7d2f\u79ef\u566a\u58f0\u201c\u96ea\u7403\u6548\u5e94\u201d\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7ea7\u653e\u5927\u5668\u4f1a\u653e\u5927\u7b2c\u4e00\u7ea7\u653e\u5927\u5668\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684 ASE \u566a\u58f0\u57fa\u5e95\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u5149\u529f\u7387\u8ba1\u663e\u793a\u8bfb\u6570\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c <strong>\u8c03\u5236\u8bef\u5dee\u7387\uff08MER\uff09<\/strong> \u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u5d29\u6e83\u5230\u4f4e\u4e8e\u6545\u969c\u9608\u503c\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u201c\u65e0\u58f0\u6740\u624b\u201d\uff1a\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48EDFA\u4e0eEYDFA\u7684\u903b\u8f91\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u5931\u6548<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
