Manufacturing

Premlink not only offers traditional standard equipment such as HFC optical transmission products, but it also aims to develop understanding of customer needs in order to drive product innovation and improvement. In a constantly changing market, Premlink adapts the direction of its product line based on user feedback, which includes developing new items and continually improving old ones.

Premlink focuses on the standardization of manufacturing processes. Our standard operating procedures (SOP) include all parts of the production process, from product design to manufacturing, ensuring that all steps are completed quickly.

SOP deployment not only increases production efficiency but also lowers cost waste due to operational faults. Every employee will have training to confirm their skills and mastery of SOPs, allowing them to confidently work in practical operations.

Premlink has built long-term working agreements with all of our raw material suppliers. These suppliers not only provide high-quality raw materials but also provide best support to Premlink in the development and implementation of optical communication solutions for both cable TV and xPON. Premlink increases the technology level and quality control system in the tight partnership to make sure that the products work better and are more reliable.

Process: IQC (raw material quality control) — IPQC (on production quality control) — FQC (finished product quality control) — OQC (delivery product quality control)

We established a brand new modernized factory that is distinct from other Chinese CATV / Fiber Optic factories and trading companies. Contract Manufacturing, Original Equipment Manufacturing, and Original Design Manufacturing are all services offered by Premlink. We are responding to various customers’ requests.

Our 11000 square meter factory is outfitted with cutting-edge equipment and technology, and our hardworking employees are both experienced and capable. We combine teamwork and technology wherever possible to exceed our clients’ expectations in terms of work quality and services provided.

OEM / ODM Service

Premlink has a professional R&D team for the research, development, design, production, and assembly of different CATV and fiber optic products, like transmitter, PON ONU, optical reciever, EDFA.

ODM and OEM are available. Our ODM method as below:
1.Customer sents RFQ to Premlink
2.Customer requirement analyze
3.Premlink verifies its possibility, and more details is needed, such as technology confirmation and business negotiation.
4.Premlink confirms technology issues, provides general process schedule, and negotiates with customer how to operate business on the RFQ.
5.Signs product design agreement. It includes all technical documents, business cooperation methods.
6.Product development and approval. It starts product design and development, and then premlink make sample submission,customer evaluation until sample is approved.
7. Low rate initial production
8. Mass production
